A case of the sillies (update 1 of 2)

I took these photos a few days ago, but didn't post them as i was so excited about their finished Christmas collars! It's just a few random pics, but it'll keep me unbored while the new ones i took today are uploading to photobucket.

Mr. Toy hog himself, what can i say, the boys have taught him well. they regret it when they try to play with his horde tho.


But even tho Trophy has managed to out grow (and i'm pretty sure by now, altho i haven't weighted either recently, out weigh) Shiner, Qwill still has the upper hand and lays a pretty mean smack down.



Or, if beating up the little brother doesn't always work, he can always try to scare him into submission.


Oh, and what was Shiner doing during all of this? Pouting cause he wasn't the center of attention. Cheer up little emo puppy, we all still love you.

Christmas is comin'

Apparently i'm only truly predictable with Qwill, as our two contest entries both answered correctly about his collar. :) What can i say, Blue goes on Q like white on rice. ... Or something. Anyway, here are the boys showing off their correct collars:

Trophy is showing off his awesomely retro Christmas collar. I think the sparkles just add to his personality.



Koda looks manly despite the poinsettias on his collar. Don't mind his expression, the vacuum was running downstairs and he haaates the vacuum.

Oh.. right. what was i saying about Shiner not having many collars (while Trophy has a million) because you can't SEE them? *sigh* look up Shiney boy, show us your holiday bling.

much better. Only don't mind his layer of dirt, it's impossible to keep this dog clean. :)

And lastly, since you already knew it was his, Mr. Q and his sparkly swirly snowflakes!

Bird Dog

Koda is known for being a Quirky dog. There's nothing normal about him.

His latest trick is to take over the pillows on my bed. usually this means laying on them like he's human.


However, his newest trick is to pretend he's a bird and build a pillow nest.

Happy Fall!

This weekend we all fell back, causing much distress to my sleep schedule as Trophy woke me up at 7:30, instead of 8:30!
In other news, it is wonderful to see fall in Ohio again, the leaves turning bright beautiful colors and Trophy having an absolute BALL chasing the falling leaves all over the place.
I did manage to get them all to sit still, even for just a few moments without their long lines to get a picture or two.




Then Koda saw Cruiser (our neighbor's outside cat) streak across the back yard and he was GONE. My boys didn't even blink, even the pup remained in a stock-still stay (heh, checkout my alleteration!) until i snapped a few pictures of the three of them, reclipped the leads to trophy and shiner, and then went to lay the smack down on a certain chubby dog who thinks stay means "the human doesn't care what i do, and i don't care what the human thinks, period".

Snow's just around the corner, and i promise, promise, PROMISE i will have my camera ready for Trophy and Shiner's first snow day!
